Specialized Experience: One year of specialized which includes experience which includes interpreting and applying civilian personnel employment laws, regulations, policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to management; AND reviewing job descriptions, applying job grading standards to determine title, occupational series, and grade or pay levels of positions, and developing evaluation statements on job grading determinations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted. About the Position: As a Human Resource Specialist (Classification) you will perform operational assignments within the Desert Mountain Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) Salary posted is for the Fort Bliss, RUS locality and will be adjusted to the locality of selectees physical duty location *NOTE: Fort Bliss, Texas is the duty location for this position and is the preferred duty location. Alternate duty location MAY be negotiated
