SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector interpreting and applying Human Resources (HR) laws, policies and processes in order to analyze HR functions (for example staffing, classification, compensation, or workforce planning), and provide consultative services to internal and external customers.
