In order to qualify, you must meet the experiment requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one (1) year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience with Financial and manpower management and/or Budget analysis or resource management, Reconciling records of commitments, obligations and expenditures utilizing systems such as: Standard Finance System (STANFINS), Resource Management Tool (RMT), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), Defense Travel System (DTS), Access Online, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) or General Fund Enterprise Business System – Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA), and other financial accounting system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GG/GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Budget Administration Budget Execution Concepts, Policies, and Principles of Budget
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the USA INTELLIGENCE & SECURITY COMMAND 500TH MILITARY INTELLIGENCE BRIGADE OFFICE OF THE RMO. This position is open to applicants within the state of Hawaii.
