Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (GS 5-10 or NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Security Specialist. Specialized experience must include some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge of DoD and DoN GENSER security concepts, principles, and practices to review, independently analyze, and resolve difficult security problems; 2) Working with multiple security programs and objectives to implement national level guidance and assign responsibilities for resolving conflicting security issues or similar work; 3) Exhibiting knowledge of Information security for application to technical document reviews, foreign release, and distribution procedures applicable tov a complex research laboratory environment; and 4) Demonstrating the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with personnel at various levels in the chain of command. You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the MISSION SUPPORT DIVISION of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY CONUS.
