Basic Requirement for Program Manager, NH-0340-04: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in planning or analyzing major programs associated with the acquisition of capabilities involving information technology, services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, facilities, etc., within the Health System. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted. **Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Active Career Field. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
About the Position: This position is located at Rosslyn, Virginia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.
