Basic Requirement for Program Manager, NH-0340-04: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in planning or analyzing major programs associated with the acquisition of capabilities involving information technology, services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, facilities, etc., within the Health System. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted. **Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Active Career Field. The employee must meet the DODI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the Career Category/Functional Area and the Career Level Certification assigned on the sequenced position Conditions of Employment data filed in the header of the PD/PRD. Practitioner (formerly Level II) This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
