GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge of the concepts, principles, and techniques of investigative functions to lead or independently conduct hotline investigations; Analyzing complaints of fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement to determine possible violation of military, federal law, or regulations; Conducting interviews and interrogatories of witnesses and subjects of investigation; and Preparing reports of investigation that provide detailed and clear analysis and present persuasive conclusions. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Using methods of data collection to elicit and respond to complaints and requests for information; Evaluating the accuracy, thoroughness, objectivity, and completeness of an investigation to prepare written reports; and Preparing clear, concise, and accurate written communications to document investigations, congressional inquiries, tasking letters, and complainant letters. You will serve as an INVESTIGATOR in the Hotlines Investigation, Intake, Case Management and Congressional Inquiries Branch (IG61), Hotline, Military Whistleblower Reprisal (MWBR) Investigations and Congressional Inquiries Division (IG60) of OFFNAVINSGEN WASHINGTON DC.
