MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must meet the qualification requirements outlined below to be considered minimally qualified for this position. FOR THE GS-15 LEVEL:Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties: Developing and overseeing information technology (IT) policy for use organization-wide; Utilizing research and analysis to strategically implement IT policy across an organization; Presenting and defending an organization’s policy position at high-level meetings with senior leaders and stakeholders; and Performing a variety of supervisory functions such as identifying training opportunities for subordinate staff, interviewing and hiring new employees, assigning work, and/or evaluating employee performance. Your resume must include detailed information as it relates to the responsibilities and specialized experience for this position. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
