Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using knowledge of administrative laws, policies and regulations governing Navy Total Force manpower programs to advise management; 2) Conducting studies to identify and propose solutions to management problems; 3) Serving as technical advisor for military manpower and civilian requirement matters for the command; 4) participating in the budget submission process; and 5) representing the command at manpower meetings and conferences. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the AIR OPERATIONS DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 9.28% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
