PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating contracted services performance metrics associated with the design and construction of shipbuilding acquisition projects. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Integrated Navy/Coast Guard Polar Icebreaker Program Office at USCG Headquarters of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS. You will lead the effort to recapitalize the nations fleet of heavy icebreakers to ensure continued access to the polar regions.
