Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band (NO-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Schedule and cost risk analyses to quantify risk impacts as identified in applicable guidance or as part of Integrated Risk Assessments; 2) Knowledge of the Navy’s 3 M process, PMS and PMC; 3) Oversee and coordinate efforts of a diverse workforce; 4) Organize, lead and integrate the efforts of other experts and specialists to develop new concepts, solve very complex interdisciplinary problems, develop new policy and define new programs/technical plans and requirements; AND 5) Develop and manage a comprehensive configuration management baseline.
