Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing critical program review and analysis across a broad spectrum of Facilities Operations to include Pavement Clearance, Refuse Collection & Disposal, Real Property Leases, Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping, Pest Control, Custodial, Real Property Management & Engineering Services and Waste Water Management; as an expert on installation services, facilities operations and recycling, ensures integration and synchronization of capability necessary to support future stationing initiatives and delivery of installation services; and providimng guidance and coordination of facilities services requirements for Military Construction and Operations and Maintenance projects.
