
MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

GS-12: I have one year of specialized Management & Program Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a broad knowledge of specialized methods and techniques to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. I have experience utilizing an understanding of budgetary and manpower management programs/policies to coordinate the preparation of the annual P&S (Products and Services) Plan, Mid-Year requirement reviews, and end of year financial closeout processes.
