GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: performing the following types of tasks: performing financial, loan, and loan approval analysis; and processing, underwriting and collateralizing commercial and/or business loans; and determining cash flows and repayment ability on complex business and/or commercial loans; servicing and/or liquidation of commercial and/or business loans. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Little Rock Commercial Loan Service Center in Little Rock, AR. The incumbent is responsible for the direction of all SBA work conducted at such Center including, but not limited to administrative operations, servicing, liquidation, purchasing, post-servicing (PSA) of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans as may be assigned by OFPO to that Center.
