Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ensure safe and secure handling and accountability of cryptographic material and electronic key equipment is performed at all times; Support a wide-spectrum of resources for worldwide messaging systems and facilities that fall under the cognizance of the organization, including the methodologies, standards, and technologies supporting electronic key and network operations; Respond and provide customer service support to data-calls, messages, directive, record messages, and service requests via phone, email, websites, messaging systems, and/or walk-in inquiries; Prepare and conduct Communications Security (COMSEC) account inventories, Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) spot-checks, and Intermediate Superior In Command (ISIC) inspections in accordance with organizational standards. You will serve as a Security Specialist performing duties as Communications Security Specialist, Alternate Key Management Infrastructure Operating Administrative Manager (KOAM), and Alternate Communications Security (COMSEC) Management. You will analyze, contribute, and provide feedback to Commanding Officer and supervisor regarding areas of responsibility. This position is located within the Cybersecurity Operations Division of HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER in Suitland, Maryland.
