Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with engineering and supply policies and procedures for material ordering, procuring, receiving, storing, controlling, issuing shipping and disposing of material, components and equipment. Experience with shipyard work and practices related to the conversion, overhaul, alteration and refueling of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plants. Experience answering to extremely short deadlines and high visibility cases by command and higher authority. Experience providing professional, technical, and administrative management of the division. Experience managing and making determinations for projects or programs to be initiated, dropped, or curtailed.
