SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER (FACILITIES)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-14) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Directing and supervising subordinate personnel who execute the functional operations of facility and maintenance management of the heavy aircraft maintenance industrial facility ensuring environment, safety, and engineering compliance; (2) Managing and overseeing the approval of budgets relating to facility management, capital investment, and equipment readiness and reviewing annual proposed budgets that aligns with the agency’s financial strategy; (3) Exercising managerial authority and supervisory responsibility through department directors who execute facility engineering and equipment maintenance operations including project management, quality assurance, facility engineering, and equipment/environmental engineering; (4) Developing and providing advice in applying program policies and defining objectives and aids in solutions of problems; and (5) Planning for contingencies and developing capabilities towards long range continuous improvement plans to meet mission objectives. You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager (Facilities) in the Facilities and Infrastructure Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
