Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Apply production control methods, techniques, practices, procedures, and operations to the production of aircraft, engines, and components; 2) Utilize computer systems to store, interpret, and retrieve production process information; 3) Utilize production control techniques to control back robbing, exchanges, and cannibalization to alleviate bit and piece parts and material shortages. 4) Recommend adjustments to resolve production scheduling problems and expedite production completion deadlines; 5) Provide training and assistance to lower-level production controllers as assigned or needed; 6) Investigate causes for production delay and stoppages; 7) Recommend solutions to alleviate production operation problems.
