Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NG-04 (GS-09/10 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical and programmatic leadership on freight shipment processes and procedures to ensure the safe, secure movement of hazardous, explosive, or chemical-based materials, in accordance with air, military air, sea, rail or truck transportation requirements. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT (Explosives Materials Handler Supervisor) in the Industrial Support Division (M3), Energetics Manufacturing (M), within the Ordnance Storage & Shipment Branch (M33) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NG-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12.
