To qualify for the position of Supvy Management and Program Analyst at (GS-0343-15), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade you’re applying to. If you are a current or former government employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you will need to demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level, to meet the time-in-grade requirements for this occupational series and grade. Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service, which includes: Developing qualitative or quantitative methods to evaluate budget or financial programs; Developing recommendations to improve effectiveness of budget program processes; Providing management with assessments of financial or budgetary processes, policies, regulations or new government initiatives. This position serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Justice Management Division, Budget Staff, Process Management Group located in Washington, DC. This position would oversee the overall programmatic and business processes and products of the Budget Staff. Provide input to matters of significance to management of the workflow, articulation of content and informational conveyance of financial and budgetary processes.
