Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing program management and analysis of projects to ensure the execution of maintenance or modernization efforts for the improvement of surface ship availability. You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Naval Architecture and Engineering Division of CARDEROCK DIV NS supporting the Large Surface Combatant Modernization & Sustainment Program Office (PMS421) as a Ship Manager. This position is seated at the Washington Navy Yard. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
