In Addition to the Basic Education requirements below: For the ND-04:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-03 (GS-09/11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer analyzing engineering processes to streamline the research, test, and development of technical advancements for Chemical, Biological and Radiological systems and its related applications and equipment. For the ND-03:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-02 (GS-05/08) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer applying engineering procedures to research, test, or develop technical advancements for Chemical, Biological and Radiological systems or its related applications and equipment.
