Five-years’ experience that demonstrates executive management skills involving planning, coordinating, and directing a diversified organization. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in management or other related field. A thorough knowledge of business practices, economic principles and ability to analyze trends and make improvements. Experience working within the USMC Command and Staff structure to include Staff processes and planning processes. Experience with NAF and APF Budgeting at the MCCS Division level, experience with special event and activity planning and execution. Experience with MCCS program implementation and MCCS organization. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with superiors, senior level military personnel, subordinates, vendors, peers, and the public. Must have strong oral and written communications skills. Demonstrates a willingness to implement and support EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, the standards as outlined in the Negotiated Agreement, and other employee initiatives and safety programs. Ability to provide leadership, mentor, guide and train subordinate staff. Must be certified in CPR within 6 months of employment. Must file and initial an annual Confidential Financial Disclosure report (OGE form 450).
