ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates highly developed and independent professional judgment in the conduct of inspections and evaluations. 2. Demonstrates the ability to manage small teams to complete the development of written studies and projects on complex topics. 3. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules work unit activities to complete assignments in a timely and effective manner. 4. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables. 5. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Prior supervisory experience or experience as an Intelligence Oversight Officer (IOO) and expertise in conducting intelligence oversight inspections on behalf of a Defense Intelligence Enterprise entity, Combat Support Agency, or Intelligence Community Agency. 2. Demonstrated experience in investigating or managing reports for questionable intelligence activities (QIA) and significant and highly sensitive matters (S/HSM). 3. Demonstrated experience applying CIGIE Quality Standards for Inspections and Evaluations “Blue Book” or GAGAS performance audit standards associated with the Federal oversight community to multiple projects, and conducting oversight of the Intelligence Community or DoD Apparatus. Basic Requirements: You must possess 1 year of specialized experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower qualifying band or equivalent GS/GG level, which is directly related to the position being filled. Your experience must demonstrate possession of the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position.
