Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as a strategic advisor on command level issues involved with military, civilian, contract personnel, budget, services, and operations; directing short and long range work plans, schedules, and programs to address current and planned future operations; providing leadership to promote the effective management of resources and assets to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of programs designed to meet the mission requirements; formulating program goals, plans, and policies related to U.S. Naval/Expeditionary/Amphibious operations/ warfighting concepts that directly impact the organizational strategic direction. You will serve as an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR in the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGPAC) of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.
