This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE while performing the following duties: Instructing pipefitters and Pipefitting workers on proper work procedures and methods, use of tools and safety pertaining to shop trade skills. Instructing and providing improvement strategies for students that have not reached the required proficiency levels. Understanding and instructing individuals on both Nuclear and Non-Nuclear equipment. Reviewing pipefitter work instructions and shop procedures to determine proper sequence of work. Providing pipefitter skills training utilizing tools such as mock-ups, in shop work areas, or facilities, and on deck plates.
