Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical expertise, program management, and leadership to detect impacting issues for life cycle of programs or projects (e.g. technical, schedule, budgets) for a weapon or defense system. You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the CONVENTIONAL PROMPT STRIKE (SPC) of CPS PROGRAM OFFICE. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.
