Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service) obtained in either the public or private sector working independently: 1) In commercial or business loan proposal development, packaging, and structuring; AND 2) Marketing lending programs and services to external customers through outreach activities; AND 3) Conducting formal training or professional development; AND 4) Growing and developing a customer base; AND 5) Using a variety of software applications and technologies in all aspects of the job. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume. This position is with the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations – Region IX in Citrus Heights, California. The incumbent provides technical guidance and assistance to lenders, small businesses, and resource partners in the District to increase access to capital and optimize the effectiveness of SBA programs and mission.
