Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience in applying advanced concepts, principles, and methodologies of program analysis, to include skill in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative principles and techniques in the development of innovative approaches to study and recommend solutions for improvement of program effectiveness in programs of national scope. Examples of specialized experience include but are not limited to the following: -Leadership skills involved in guiding team members and managing programs to resolve any problems encountered and to ensure the timely and successful completion of programs and projects. -Experience with federal budget and infrastructure budget formulation and execution processes, policies, and procedures sufficient to manage a large budget. -Experience teaming with the staff to implement program and project management principles and processes, including cost, scope, and schedule managementExperience working with infrastructure program/project management automated systems. Expert knowledge of infrastructure programs sufficient to resolve budget, program and policy conflicts related to infrastructure. This position serves as the Deputy Director and in coordination with the NA-914 Director, provides expertise, direction and program oversight of sophisticated and technologically advanced infrastructure programs.
