To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Leading assessments of complex projects, integrating the technical, cost, schedule and risk parameters and presenting assessment findings to stakeholders; Analyzing stakeholder strategy engagement, assessment best practices, and workforce development and providing recommendations for improvement; Providing oversight to a contracted workforce through Agency/Center procurement vehicles. Serves as a Supervisor for the Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Mission Facing Organizations. This exciting position leads a blended civil service/contractor team of Program Analysts, Schedule Analysts, and Administrative Staff in workforce planning, budget and schedule formulation, analysis, execution, and reporting for Agency mission-oriented programs and overall efficient operations of the directorate.
