Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: project management oversight in Facilities Operations to include; identify and prioritize all facility and utility requirements, including the development, planning, scheduling, acquisition, budget expenditures; effectively utilize the Navy’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS -Maximo), manage the work management processes of receiving, planning, assigning, and executing customer work requirements for facilities programs. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Public Works Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 12.04%. COLA is subject to change without notice.
