You may qualify at the NH-04 if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH03/GS-13grade level in the Federal service. Must meet 3 of the 5 statements in order to be qualified. Applying systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule and performance; OR Applying qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness; OR Communicating information to senior leaders orally, in writing and with presentation material; OR Leading teams, provide program support, and collaborate across programs, organizations, and functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) external stakeholders; OR Experience with enterprise perspective and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders and functional areas to ensure policies and program execution are aligned with statutory and regulatory requirements. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
