Advocates position to others by using persuasive legal authorities and relevant facts. 2. Produces concise reports and executive summaries based on relevant data to document legal analysis and conclusions. Applicant must possess a J.D. or LL.B. degree and be an active member of the bar in good standing (any jurisdiction). In addition to meeting the basic entry qualification requirements, applicants must have experience that demonstrates possession of the broad range and depth of knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the occupation or specialty at or equivalent to the next lower grade.
