To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level: Supporting business, research, or management operations to resolve technical or programmatic issues across organizational boundaries; Working collaboratively with direct or indirect project managers and researchers across centers or organizations to coalesce diverse points of views into a unified approach for cross-agency collaboration; Developing, implementing, or analyzing the business or operational statuses of organizational responsibilities and actions to communicate technical stories to a variety of audiences. As TACP Program Analyst, you will engage with stakeholders, ensure TACP alignment with ARMD priorities, and develop messaging products that bolster stakeholder confidence. Additional engagement may also include members of the ARMD executive leaders, program directors, project and technical leaders, and subject matter experts. Products and deliverables may include, but not limited to, technical highlights, reporting and responses to reports or external inquiries, and HQ-level strategic reporting.
