Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must be able to follow simple oral instructions, be able to use hand tools for cleaning, and operate simple machines. Must be skilled in completing tasks with several steps and must use judgment in sequencing tasks. Must be able to follow cash handling procedures. Must have knowledge of sanitation standards in handling and serving food and beverages, and for cleaning equipment and work area. Must be physically able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must meet specific physical requirements, pass a physical examination and have required immunizations. Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certificate. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
This position will be assigned to Kraken Kafe and is not guaranteed a set number of hours but can be scheduled 0 – 40 hours per week. As a federal employee you will have access to all Hurlburt Field FSS facilities.
