Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing SME-level advice and recommendations to management on all aspects of a major command/organization’s Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) fleet; 2) Provide input for annual and long range (out to 10 years) CESE planning to meet current requirements as well as fleet modernization and energy goals; 3) Obtain, analyze and apply metrics for the evaluation of CESE vehicle fleet performance.
