In addition to the Basic Requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5/10 grade level or NP-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate all or most of the following: 1) Knowledge of multi-disciplinary research techniques with a focus on electrical engineering and physics; 2) Knowledge of low observables/counter low observables (LO/CLO) technologies and how they relate to radio frequency and infrared spectrums; 3) Knowledge of how to appropriately utilize analysis tools in the planning, execution and reporting of research; and 4) Knowledge of signature control technology requirements/developments and how they impact and are implemented throughout the community, industry, Navy and other services/agencies.
