In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Leading a team at the branch or product level; 2) Managing costs, schedules, performance, and risks for technical projects; 3) Developing and using engineering processes and principles; 4) Overseeing test and evaluation of aircraft or aerial targets.
