To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Leading diverse teams to plan and implement strategic objectives for long-term program and project goals; Partnering with senior management at the Center and/or Agency organizations as a senior expert and adviser on budgetary matters; Conducting budget formulation and execution in accordance with financial and procurement laws, policies, and practices. This position serves as the Deputy Chief of the Resources Analysis Division (RAD) and provides direction to the Center Engineering, Safety, and Operations (CESO) project integrator within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). You will provide oversight of Center budget operations and all elements of budget formulation & execution. You will also create a productive work environment that encourages collaboration and enables mission success at the Center and within the OCFO enterprise.
