You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Managing the development of, implementing, directing or evaluating environmental compliance reviews such as categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, or environmental impact statements for housing, community development, or federal disaster assistance projects under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (83 Stat. 852) [42 U.S.C. 4321] including experience in the National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species or Floodplain Management; AND Leading/managing a team of environmental protection professionals. Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
