Specialized experience is experience: Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative or technical programs; Overseeing workforce and other related studies, coordinating and analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive programs; Identifying or developing metrics to measure success of initiatives and using quantitative and qualitative data to determine if success has been met.
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a senior analyst responsible for the end-to end program management of the departments Performance Measurement Program. Location of position: General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Strategy and Innovation (OSI). Duty location to be determined following selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
