General Experience: Possess experience, education, or training interpreting, explaining, and/or applying a variety of regulations and procedures; Experience using computer and automation systems AIR OPERATIONS OFFICER (PILOT/NAVIGATOR), GS-2101-14: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: arranging or procuring transportation for personnel, cargo or freight; Experience in non-routine pre and post auditing of freight bills, bills of lading, and personnel transportation vouchers; Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems; Experience which included responsibility for the supervision and management of personnel; Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; Provides guidance to the flying instructional program and directs the methods and procedures used in flight instruction of assigned/attached aircrew members, ensuring optimum utilization of assigned aircraft. This AIR OPERATIONS OFFICER (PILOT/NAVIGATOR) position is located at unit level In the Air Operations program at selected Military Airlift Command (MAC) and Strategic Air Command (SAC) gained flying units in the Air National Guard (ANSG) and is part of the CA 163 ATKW. This position is concurrently announced with AGR 24-248. Only one of the announced positions will be filled. Referral and selection will be IAW CNG FPR 335.
