Possess one (1) year of work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e. resort, hotel, tourism industry) to be managed. Highly Preferred: Candidates that possess highly preferred criteria and meet the minimum qualifications above will be referred to the hiring manager first. Criteria is verified within the application package. Possess one (1) year of experience in hotel or front desk management. Possess campground/RV Park experience. Possess six (6) months experience with property management system software. Possess one (1) year FMWR supervisory experience. Possess experience with directing and/or programming outdoor activities and events.
This position is located with the FMWR Seward Military Resort located in Seward, Alaska. Up to 25% recruitment or relocation and/or a retention incentive may be authorized. Eligible for 3.21% COLA (subject to change at any time).
