PROGRAM ANALYST

FOR GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to identify and discuss issues and concerns associated with lifting and handling programs, gather information, and develop and recommend alternate guidelines and procedures to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting higher level analyst in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis identifying data anomalies and problems to develop and recommend alternatives to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the TECHNICAL DIVISION 710, LIFTING AND HANDLING DEPARTMENT 700 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time.
