Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DS-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, analysis, and execution necessary to create and establish aviation integration supportability policies and procedures for major aviation systems that operate; 2) Reviewing plans and products to ensure that they meet program needs. 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
