Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing clinical audiological care. Experience with any hearing conservation program. Experience utilizing OSHA, NIOSH, DoD, DoN, and USMC-specific guidance regarding Hearing Conservation. Experience utilizing principles, practices and procedures of the science of audiology to plan and perform a wide range of activities relating to the operation of a complete audiology or service or to a major portion of a program or to perform assignments of considerable difficulty Experience working with diverse members of a healthcare team to coordinate, evaluate and educate large patient groups. In addition to Specialized Experience, Applicants must possess licensure: Must posses a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice Speech/Language Pathology and/ or Audiology as applicable in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. (You must provide copy of licensure. Failure to possess this factor WILL result in an ineligible rating.)
