To qualify for the Executive Assistant, PG – 0301 – 11 , you must meet the following requirements: Must possess at least 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (PG-09) or higher to qualify for this position. The specialized experience for this position may include the following: 1) Providing comprehensive administrative services in support of program operations 2) Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to inform program decisions, reviewing regulations and policies, preparing detailed reports. 3) Serving as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and the timely exchange of information. Or Have successfully completed or possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree Or Possess 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as business communications, and technical writing. Or LL.M., if related Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
