Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing assistance in interpretation of laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and precedents relating to the assignment and or placement of submarine officers; 2) Serving as the primary point of contact for providing and responding to oral and written inquiries regarding entitlements, requirements and placement decisions; 3) Conducting service record research and review to provide a preliminary evaluation of an officer’s qualifications for placement in identified billets; 4) Utilizes data systems to include, but not limited to Electronic Military Personnel Record System (EMPRS), Officer Assignment information System (OAIS), Officer Distribution Information System (ODIS) or similar systems to review and screen military officer service records and other applicable documentation; 5) Monitoring and maintaining Submarine Pay Program ensuring 100 per cent fiscal accountability; 6) Providing military HR assistance by updating, correcting and maintaining officer personnel files and records; 7) Coordinating orders, correspondence, and reporting requirements for the Submarine Major Command/Department Head Screening Board and CO/XO Screening Board.
