To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Facilitating the execution of NASA agreements with commercial and academic partners; Managing agreements and communication with NASA external partners, including supporting amendments and tracking resources related to such agreements; Developing, implementing, or monitoring a technical portfolio to ensure efficiency and compliance with current policy and objectives. As the Intellectual Property (IP) Portfolio Manager at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) you will work in and support the MSFC Technology Transfer Office. You will engage with the Center Technology Transfer Officer, scientists, and engineers as they develop and patent new technologies. You will provide your expertise as you work with licensing executives inside the office, academia, and industry as MSFC IP is licensed and provided to the public.
