Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience is: Experience with program/project management, budgeting and control, and related reporting methods to develop and update required program documentation, such as proposed project budgets, that supports the strategic direction of the organization to both short-term and long-term future needs. As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the managers individual performance, and available funding. AJT provides safe, secure, and efficient management for the National Airspace System and international airspace assigned to U.S. control.
