Supervisory Weight Handling Equipment Program Specialist

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations through subordinates to fulfill the mission of an organization; 2) Assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignments, and the capabilities of the employees; 3) Evaluating the performance of all employees over whom he/she has supervisory control; 4) Ensuring that equipment is safe to operate, that weight handling operations are conducted safely and efficiently, and to maintain optimum equipment service life; 5) Identifying deficiencies in the WHE program and ensuring corrective actions are taken; 6) Collaborating with Production managers and WHE Program Specialist to ensure periodic inspections, evaluations, and surveys of facilities, equipment, and operations are completed.
